1. COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION & INSPIRATION
Reach out to share your aspirations - whether a complex BBQ island, an elegant fire pit, or both. If you have a vision in mind, let us know your preferred layout (straight, L-shape, U-shape, or adding a striking TV wall). If you’re unsure, explore our Gallery page or Instagram account for a wealth of inspiring ideas to spark your creativity. If needed, we will also schedule a consultation at your home for accurate measurements and assessments.
2. DESIGN ESTIMATE & INITIAL ASSESSMENT
We’ll gather initial measurements of your space and present a refined sketch with a tailored design estimate (excluding the grill and accessories).
3. REFINEMENT & LUXURIOUS CUSTOMIZATION
We then collaborate to perfect the design, aligning it with your unique vision. Select from an array of our Sand Pebble Stucco finishes, and the latest large format Porcelain Tile colors and trends. Then add indulgent extras like dimmable lighting or extra integrated electrical outlets.
4. SELECTION OF PREMIUM GRILLS & ACCESSORIES
Explore our Grills and Accessories page to choose a prestigious high end Lion Premium Grill and our built to last stainless steel additions from drawers to doors to sinks or ice chests, with prices clearly listed, to elevate your outdoor sanctuary.
5. AGREEMENT AND INVOICE
Once delighted with your design, we provide a detailed invoice/contract reflecting the splendor of your project and pricing. A refined deposit is requested upfront, with the remaining balance gracefully settled closer to the delivery day.
6. MASTERFUL CRAFTSMANSHIP AND CONSTRUCTION
We then go ahead and construct your masterpiece, using premium 25-gauge galvanized steel built to last with robust cement boards, completing it with you chosen finishes ensuring every detail exudes unmatched luxury and durability.
7. DELIVERY SCHEDULING
As your creation nears completion, we coordinate a convenient delivery date and time to suite your schedule with utmost care. The balance of the payment is then received.
8. IMPECCABLE DELIVERY AND SETUP
On the appointed day, we deliver and set up your BBQ island / Fire pit. All electrical elements are expertly hardwired in, ready for your electrician to connect too. While propane bottles are not supplied, our propane setups are primed ready for use. If direct gas lines are used, our direct gas lines are prepared and ready for your plumber to plumb into. Local deliveries with accessible backyard entry is included, however the use of a crane (if required), incurs an extra fee.
